I promise to do everything that is possible in order to keep the company operating, seriously. There is nothing that makes me more concerned about the level of services than that, really. Phone calls from our customers are a sign that something is really bad. We need to pay mind to that if we don"t want to lose a lot of customers that have so far shown a lot of loyalty, this is just how it goes. We cannot let somebody else overwhelm us and we have to do everything possible to come to on tracks, you know what I mean? those cheap tyres we sell are not enough to ensure us a really great living, for all I care. I am concerned about that stuff because for some reason nobody told me anything about it before. The results of hiring seven new people may be unpredictable. The whole profile of the company will change and still the production may remain on the very same level, there is this probability. Or danger I should rather say. Those cheap tyres we sell will not make the whole difference. We have to focus on something else too. Maybe in a couple of weeks things will be clearer, who knows. All I know is that cheap tyres don"t go well with the image of the firm we are trying to create. This is the stuff that I can be sure of.
