Gain mass and remember about workout

Being an athlete is not a piece of cake! One needs to show really strong character and desire to achieve his goals in sport. Many disciplines base only on your own abilities, in many sports it is unimportant to look at other people because all the factors are determined by you. These are the so called individual sports, like tennis, body building, swimming... they are the hardest ones when it comes to practicing because they need you totally engaged in what you do. Nobody is there to motivate you, nobody to share your opinions with. If you feel the need just to sit down during workout and rest, nobody is there to tell you that you mustn"t stop once you managed to get so far. You see, many people don"t have enough strong will to continue workouts. For example my friend Ricky, he has always wanted to be a real strongman. But his problem was connected with trouble to gain mass. He just couldn"t gain mass he needed to be better. He was too skinny. i know that physical conditions are essential when it comes to many sports, but in body building there is absolutely nothing you couldn"t change with our own work. It is not impossible to gain mass, any amounts of it. there are many good ways, double checked by many famous athletes.
